JULY 21st: 1st Booster Meeting All welcome 7pm. Location TBD
We would like to invite you to the 20-21 Booster Meetings! You are a Band Booster just by having a student in the program! Due to an earlier start on the school year, we will be starting our meetings in July! They are usually the 2nd Tuesday of every month. However, our July meeting will be the 3rd Tuesday, July 21st @ 7pm
AUG 3-14th: Band Camp M-F both weeks. 9a – 5pm.
AUG 8th: Orchestra Orientation 9am – 12pm
AUG 8th: ALL ENSEMBLE FITTING DAY. 10a – 4pm
AUG __: Band Freshman Orientation. Day and Time TBD
AUG 12th: Mandatory Parent Meeting. 7pm. Location TBD
AUG 17th: First Day of School
AUG 26th: TEXTILE DRIVE DELIVERY. 11am
All textiles due to school before 9am. They will be delivered today!
OCT 3rd: 41st Annual MVHS Field Show Tournament (Home Comp) ALL DAY

SAVE THE DATE: OCT 3rd, 2020! This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we need all hands on deck to help! Because we are the first comp of the season, we HAVE to start planning in July!
As a Booster Member, we ask that you come be a part of the planning and execution of this incredible event! This event supports the entire program. ALL Parents and Students in the MVHS Music Program are expected to contribute however best they can.

2020 FALL KICK-OFF!
MVHS is TENTATIVELY holding Marching Band Camp M-F August 3rd through August 14th. Details to come.
Saturday, August 8th Orchestra Orientation 9-12pm
Saturday, August 8th is our ALL ENSEMBLE uniform fitting day. All Instrumental Music Program Students are required to attend. We will be fitting attire for all Orchestra Ensembles, Marching Band and Color Guard. We will be taking orders for tuxes, shoes, sizing and assigning uniforms, ordering spirit wear, and answering ALL your questions. Schedule and details to come.
Marching Band: Freshmen We will be having a Freshmen Orientation Day sometime within these two weeks of Band Camp. Be sure to check back to this website.
