Color Guard Fall Kick-Off – August 6th

All Color Guard members for fall 2021 must attend uniform fitting on August 6th in the band room!

Please arrive only during your assigned timeslot:

  • 12:00pm – 1:00pm           Seniors and Juniors
  • 1:00pm – 2:00pm             Sophomores and Freshmen

All Color Guard members should check in at the band room when you arrive to receive your instructions.

Returning Color Guard members

  • You will be fitted for your costume
  • You will also order any spirit wear/equipment items you may need, or order now at our online store
  • All items ordered on fitting day must be paid for at that time!
  • A price list can be found by clicking here
  • You may continue to use spirit wear with the old logo as long as it fits and is in good condition
  • Payments may be made by cash, check or credit card
  • Program donations and other transactions may also be done on fitting day. Click here for more information on program donations. 

Incoming freshmen and new Color Guard members

  • You will be fitted for your costume
  • You will also order spirit wear/equipment items, or order now at our online store
  • All items ordered on fitting day must be paid for at that time!

Turn in all required paperwork to begin fall programs

  • Turn in all forms (including required physical!) and update your contact information. Click here for the required forms.

 If you are NOT able to participate on August 6th, please contact the uniform manager ASAP at uniforms@mvhsmusic.com.  Make-up fitting times & check-in will be limited and by appointment only!
