Winter Drumline and Winter Guard
Marching Band season just ended but we are already gearing up for our Winter seasons. Rehearsal schedules, audition dates and parent meetings will be finalized soon but if your student is interested make sure they are talking to the Drumline and Color Guard section leaders for information!
Winter Drumline and Winter Guard are a separate program donation from Marching Band in the fall, as our coaches are working and paid year round and we have to pay registration costs for the winter competitions. Program Donations are $575 for each group and students are required to purchase a costume which is approximately $200.
More details coming soon!

Program Donations
Your Program Donation and participation in Fundraising is critical to the success of the Music Program! We cannot do it without you!
  • The annual operating budget for our entire program is about $145,000
  • Coaching alone costs more than $80,000 per year
  • If 100% of the students in the program paid their full Program Donations, we would raise approximately $45,000
  • Historically less than 50% pay the full donation
Full, partial or recurring payments can be made online or you can send cash or checks made out to MVHSIMBA with your student, or use the QR code! Requested donation amounts are:
  • $575 for Marching Band/Color Guard
  • $575 for Winter Drumline or Winter Guard
  • $250 for Concert Ensembles (Wind Ensemble, Orchestra)
  • $150 for Jazz Band
As a reminder Winter Drumline and Winter Guard are additional donations from Marching Band. Thank you for helping us fund our program!
