Senior Spotlight

This week, we are featuring our drumline seniors!

Iman Ahmad- My favorite band memory is meeting people from other bands during the WBA awards! After high school I plan to attend Indiana University double majoring in Biology and Political Science on the pre-med track.
Xander Barnes-My favorite memory is winning first place at state championships.
Christine Fielding-My favorite memories are times spent with friends talking late night
after comps or football games. I will attend Boston University,
study cell and molecular biology & genetics. I also hope to study
abroad & continue to evolve my love for playing music.
Andrew Kim- I am attending Loyola Marymount University to study psychology.
Naomi Larios-Going to Dayton for WGI finals & traveling with friends. I plan to join the United States Army
Anthony Maher- My favorite band memory would be traveling to Ohio to compete in Drumline Championships in 2019. The experience of traveling with friends and the adrenaline of competing in a professional competition was an experience like no other. I will attend Saddleback College and then transfer to a Four Year University.
Andrew Smith-My plan for the future is to become a professional trumpet player.

Check out our current fundraising opportunities:
ShopWithScrip/RaiseRight: Buy gift cards (physical cards and e-cards) from your favorite brands and a portion goes back to MVHSIMBA. Download the RaiseRight app on your phone to easily browse over 750 restaurants, stores, online shopping sites, and more that participate.
Link a bank account or credit card in the app and purchase e-cards almost instantly for a small fee, or place the order and pay the coordinator directly with cash or check. See the flyer for instructions on how to Join a Program on the RaiseRight app with the MVHSIMBA enrollment code.
Textile Drives: We collect discarded textiles (clothing, drapery, bedding, shoes, purses, etc) for which we receive a set amount per pound. This fundraiser may occur several times a year and it
is a great way to not only support the Instrumental Music program, but a great way to clean out your closet! Our first pickup for the year is scheduled for November, but we will collect from you anytime! Text the Booster President at 949-981-5262 to arrange a pickup.
