  • Call sheets for Friday’s football game and Saturday’s comp will be emailed soon. WE NEED PARENT HELP (siblings and other friends and family can help too)!!! Bus chaperones, Pit/Prop pushers, truck drivers and section parents are needed (we need 15-20 parents just to push props and pit). PLEASE SIGN UP here to help!
  • SENIOR NIGHT for our MB/CG seniors will be on Friday, October 29 at the last home game of the regular season. We are assembling a committee of underclassmen parents to help that night (as well as prep work before) with food, flowers, etc. Please email mvhsmbmanager@gmail.com if you would be willing to help!
  • We are still missing lots of forms! Make sure your student has turned in their Authorization to Treat a Minor form and Travel form, and uploaded their physical info to athleticclearance.com. We need these ASAP!!!
Program Donations
Your Program Donation and participation in Fundraising is critical to the success of the Music Program! We cannot do it without you!
  • The annual operating budget for our entire program is more than $145,000
  • Coaching alone costs more than $85,000 per year
  • If 100% of the students in the program paid their full Program Donations, we would raise approximately $45,000
  • Historically less than 50% pay the full donation
  • To date we have received full or partial donations from 25% of our students for $11,000. If we want to retain our outstanding coaching staff for ALL of our ensembles, we need YOUR program donation!
Full, partial or recurring payments can be made online or you can send cash or checks made out to MVHSIMBA with your student, or use the QR code! Requested donation amounts are:
  • $575 for Marching Band/Color Guard
  • $250 for Concert Ensembles (Wind Ensemble, Orchestra)
  • $150 for Jazz Band
As a reminder you are only asked to pay the higher program donation if your student is in multiple groups this semester. Thank you for helping us fund our program!

MVHSIMBA has partnered with the Haunt of Halloween event taking place at the Kaleidoscope Mall for our October fundraiser! This is not only a great way for us to earn money but is something fun to do, especially as section or ensemble activity! Purchase tickets at: https://go.hauntofhalloween.com/mvhsbooster or use Source code: Other: MVHSBOOSTER on their website. The event runs Thursdays-Sundays, September 30 thru October 31.
