Support the Annual Home Competition
On Saturday October 21 the MVHS Marching Band and Color Guard will host its annual Field Show Competition. This event attracts bands from all over California and the western states. This event is also the largest fundraiser of the MVHS Music Boosters. The money made here is distributed to benefit all of the music programs, not just the marching band and color guard. Here are our needs, we appreciate your support!
- Donate food for the hospitality tent …
We are hosting 22 school music directors, coaches as well as the judges and we offer them a hospitality lounge with food and beverages. We are requesting specific food and/or monetary donations to give our visitors a warm Diablo welcome and experience for the long day. Click this button to sign up.
- Work in the snack bar and/or donate food to be sold…
We also take over the snack bar at the football field and sell hotdogs/burgers/drinks/snacks for the crowd. We need people to work a 3-hour shift in the snack bar and/or donate the food to be sold. All the proceeds to music program general fund. Sign up for specific shifts and/or food items by clicking here.
- Bake your special recipes for our bake sale…
People love home baked treats – click below and offer yours!
- Work where ever needed that day …
We have plenty other needs like help with parking, running information and drinks back and forth to judges, filling in wherever needed. Please click below to chose a three-hour shift when you can be on hand to help.
