The annual WBA Marching Band Competition at Mission Viejo is Saturday October 21. This event is our biggest fundraising activity of the year, and we need your help. A quick first meeting will be held on Thursday, August 24th at 7pm in the Band Room. At the meeting we will discuss what needs to happen in the next 8 weeks, determine who can help with various aspects of the event, and to come up with a day that will work for future meetings.
If you cannot make the meeting but are willing to help, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, contact information, and where you want to help if you have an idea. Also, please include days that work best for you for meetings so that can be taken into consideration.
